Do you offer refunds once a service is purchased?
To support momentum and continuity, the first session must be scheduled within 30 days of enrollment. All sessions are intended to be completed within 8 weeks. One courtesy extension may be granted upon request. Sessions not scheduled within this timeframe will be forfeited.
Can I cancel or reschedule my session?
Yes. Sessions may be rescheduled with advance notice, subject to availability and the terms provided at booking.
What happens if I miss my session or arrive late?
Missed sessions or late arrivals may be considered forfeited and are not eligible for refunds. Please arrive on time to receive the full benefit of your session.

What if I purchase a package and don’t use all sessions?
Unused sessions are non-refundable. Please review all package details carefully before purchasing.
What if I need to pause or space out my sessions?
Session pacing may be adjusted with advance communication, subject to availability and package terms.

Are exceptions ever made?
Refunds are not guaranteed and are not issued for changes of mind or dissatisfaction with results. Exceptional circumstances may be reviewed at discretion but are not guaranteed.
