Feel calmer, think clearer, and break old patterns with non-clinical, mind-body coaching designed to help you move forward, gently and effectively. Book your session and start your reset today.

1. What is EFT Coaching? (Non-Clinical)

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), also known as tapping, is a gentle mind-body method that uses acupressure points and mindful reframing to help shift emotional patterns and reduce stress.

My EFT services are non-clinical and coaching-based, meaning:

  • No diagnoses

  • No clinical treatment

  • No mental health services

  • No storage of medical or protected health information (PHI)

You get supportive, practical guidance focused entirely on personal development, emotional balance, and everyday wellness.

2. How EFT Helps You Feel Better

EFT works by calming the nervous system, reducing emotional intensity, and helping you respond instead of react. Clients often feel lighter, clearer, and more grounded after just one session.

EFT Is Especially Helpful For:

Stress relief
Emotional regulation
Reducing overwhelm
Releasing emotional tension
Stopping self-sabotage
Breaking habits
Confidence + mindset support
Improving focus and decision-making

3. Who This Is For

My EFT coaching is perfect for you if you:

  • Want emotional relief without therapy

  • Prefer a mindset-based, non-clinical approach

  • Feel stuck in habits or patterns you can’t break

  • Want calm, grounded guidance

  • Need support regulating your emotions

  • Are ready for real change, but gentler

If you’re seeking mental health treatment or clinical psychotherapy, EFT coaching is not a replacement. But if you want support for personal growth and emotional wellness, this is an excellent fit.

4. What to Expect in a Session

Every EFT coaching session includes:

  • A check-in to identify your target emotion, habit, or stressor

  • Step-by-step guided tapping

  • Nervous system calming + emotional reframing

  • Mindset shifts and habit-change strategies

  • Practical tools you can use daily

  • Grounded support in a non-clinical environment

You’ll leave feeling supported, lighter, and more emotionally in control.

5. Frequently Asked Questions

Is EFT coaching therapy?

No. EFT coaching is non-clinical and does not diagnose, treat, or manage mental health conditions. It is a wellness service focused on emotional balance and personal development.

Do you store my medical or mental health information?

No. Coaching sessions do not include the collection or storage of PHI (Protected Health Information). HIPAA does not apply because this is not clinical care.

Can this help with my stress and emotional overwhelm?

Yes, EFT is excellent for calming the nervous system and helping you regulate emotions in day-to-day life.

How quickly does EFT work?

Many clients feel an emotional shift in one session. Habits or deeper patterns often improve over multiple sessions.

Is EFT safe?

EFT is gentle, body-based, and non-invasive. Most people find it grounding and calming.

Do you work with diagnosed mental health conditions?

No, I do not provide therapy or clinical services. If you need mental health treatment, I encourage you to work with a licensed clinician. You are welcome to use EFT coaching alongside therapy if desired.
