As an Integrative Nutrition Coach (trained through IIN), I offer non-clinical, educational, and wellness-focused coaching designed to help you build healthier habits, create sustainable routines, and feel confident in your personal well-being journey.

 

My role is not to diagnose, treat, or provide medical or mental-health care. Instead, I guide you through practical, doable lifestyle shifts that empower you to nourish yourself from the inside out.
