Note: The role of a Meditation Coach, is to encourage, guide, and/or act as a facilitator of a client’s self-reflection with guided imagery and mediation, and breathwork. Along with knowledge of a healthy lifestyle with balance, calmness, focus, and relaxation with sound therapy as treat for the mind and body. Daily self-care practice is recommended for everyone.
