Calm From the Inside Out is a guided group mini-course designed to help you slow down, settle your nervous system, and build internal calm, without pressure, diagnosis, or fixing. This experience blends emotional awareness, EFT-based techniques, mindfulness, and gentle reflection in a supportive group setting.
You don't need to be "ready" or have a clear goal, just a willingness to pause and tend to yourself.
